Last Updated: 30 November 2025 This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and DigiSphere Networks LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), which owns and operates Acuntoz, a tender and contract management platform (the "Service"), available at https://www.acuntoz.com By installing, accessing, or using the Acuntoz, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: • Access and use the Software for managing tenders, bids, contracts, and related workflows within your organization; • Install and use the Software on [number] devices owned or controlled by you (if applicable); • Access the cloud version of the Software via the Internet (if applicable).

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You may not: • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Software; • Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the Software to third parties; • Use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes; • Circumvent or remove any security mechanisms or usage restrictions.

OWNERSHIP & SUPPORT

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by [Company Name]. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you; it only grants a license to use the Software under the terms specified herein. Licensor may provide technical support as described in the applicable service plan or documentation. We are not obligated to provide support beyond what is expressly stated.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective upon installation or first use of the Software and remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software, and destroy all copies in your possession.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
